Anti-aging care routine
What does the care routine include?
It is very important for facial care that it has its permanent place in the daily routine in the morning and in the evening, and you should also plan one or two additional care rituals during the week. In addition, the care must be tailored to your skin type. This applies both to products and to the frequency and intensity of the care steps. If you deal with your facial skin regularly, you will quickly have found the right level.
Sure, the right care routine takes a little time, and it takes a certain amount of discipline to implement it over the long term. But the reward is well worth it: beautiful skin in which you feel good. And maybe one day you can even do without elaborate make-up - and let your radiant skin come into its own. So it is definitely worth investing time in the care routine.
Anti-aging skin care routine
It is important for an anti-aging skin care routine that the individual steps not only serve to tighten the skin and reduce wrinkles and lines, but that the skin is also protected from environmental influences and solar radiation. UV rays in particular are the main factors that promote the aging of the skin. Therefore, sunscreen and products that repair UV damage are an important part of the routine.
Serum in anti-aging care
Due to the particularly high concentration of active ingredients, serums work intensively on the one hand and more directly on the other. They are characterized by a light texture, which allows the concentrate to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin
Application: The serum is applied to cleansed skin in the evening. Don't forget to wear sun protection when using in the morning! One pump stroke is sufficient. Massage it gently into the skin without rubbing or pulling too hard.
Eye Care
The skin around our eyes is particularly sensitive. Care for them should therefore be as easy and natural as possible.
Our eye area primarily needs moisture!
The best way to apply it to the skin is through natural moisturizers. Ingredients such as glycerine and hyaluronic acid are part of our skin's natural moisturizing system. Lipid-containing substances (fats) are also important. These ensure that less moisture evaporates from the skin. Squalane is a natural component of the skin barrier and protects your skin without making it greasy. The natural fats in shea butter are also recommended. They are similar to our skin and are particularly well tolerated.
Apply moisturizer
The final and most important step in your daily routine is applying a moisturizer that is SPF 30 or higher. Day creams protect your skin from sun damage - the number one cause of wrinkles, fine lines, pigment spots and other signs of aging. Use an SPF moisturizer as the last step in your routine.
Uncommon: face mask
How often should a face mask be used? Once or twice a week is ideal. Just make a new habit out of it! Take some time for yourself on the weekend and treat yourself to a moment of wellbeing! A face mask enhances the anti-aging effect of your care ritual: there is a special mask for every skin problem. So masks let the skin z. B. shine again, give it a fresh appearance, replenish the epidermis.
