Why was my package still not shipped?
We want to get your order on the way as soon as possible and usually send it within 24 hours. Sometimes, however, items from different warehouses have to be brought together - that's why some orders are not ready for dispatch as quickly. We ask for your understanding.
Can I change again when and where my parcel will be delivered?
That's fine! Our shipping partners DHL and Hermes always send you an email to announce the package. In addition, you can choose a preferred delivery location, such as a parcel shop or storage location, in the DHL portal. You can also change the day of delivery if you will not be home on the expected day of delivery.
If the parcel carrier does not find you at home, you can also see from the shipment tracking whether your parcel was delivered to a neighbor or a branch, for example. If you still have problems, please contact us. We will then contact DHL to help you as soon as possible.
